PRAYER IF YOU ARE UNDER STRESS

Dear Lord,

Help me Lord, I am stressed. I am full with anxiety. I am afraid of tomorrow and tomorrows to come.

But reading your WORD according to your beloved disciple:

Then Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke fits perfectly, and the burden I give you is light."
Matthew 11:28-30

gives me comfort. Please take my yoke. I can not carry my burden without your help.
Without your guidance. I have no strength. Energize me.

I have no peace. Calm me. I feel hopeless. Give me hope. As I kneel in prayers, please bless me.
